Principal's Message

Welcome to Nipomo Elementary School, home of the Tigers!  Our mission is to ensure a safe and positive environment where ALL Tigers will learn the necessary skills to reach grade level proficiency or higher and become productive, responsible, ethical, and compassionate individuals.  At Nipomo Elementary, we are simply the best!

I am so excited to be joining you as your new principal!  My journey to Nipomo Elementary began in Bakersfield.  I spent my first 14 years teaching fifth and sixth grade.  My husband and I wanted to move to the coast and took the plunge in 2021.  I spent the past two years working as an intervention and English Learner teacher in San Luis Coastal Unified School District and am so happy to have found a home here in Nipomo with you!

My goal is to continue our strong dedication to academic achievement and create a safe environment for students to learn and grow academically, socially, and emotionally.  The experienced and dedicated staff will continue working with parents and the community to build a long-lasting relationship committed to growing lifelong learners who will make positive contributions to society and those around them.  We invite you to visit us and participate in our community.
